Where do orders ship from?

Sadbeastie is currently the United States! All orders will ship from Illinois.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, not at the moment.

I've placed my order! When will it ship?

Thank you so much! Sadbeastie is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are packed by Sadbeastie themself (and possibly a helper or two). My goal is to get orders out to you ASAP, but depending on how many orders are placed, it can sometimes take 1-14 days for your order to ship.
 

** During special events such as Beastie X pre-orders, processing time will take longer! Please refer to the General FAQ for further info on the subject. **

My tracking says shipment created, but no update yet! Is this normal?

This update means that your order is in pre-shipment, which means that we’ve printed & packed your order, but it hasn’t been scanned in by the shipping company yet! Your tracking will update shortly afterward. Hold tight!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic shipping times may vary, but the current wait time from leaving my hands to your doorstep is posted as the following:

First Class - 1 - 5 business days after shipment

Retail Ground - 2 - 8 business days after shipment

Priority Mail - 1 - 3 business days after shipment

Canada - 2-10 business days after shipment

What happens if my package goes missing?

If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office or the contact number provided on your tracking link! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the Post Office. We also do not have the time or resources to call these locations for you, especially if they are located outside of the U.S. (i.e. Canada). If both resources still can’t help, feel free to contact us and we’ll open an investigation on your package!


Do you accept returns?

All sales with Sadbeastie are final! We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read the product details over before making your purchase!

I gave you the wrong address/I didn't pick up my order, and it says it is being returned, what can I do?

First off, sorry for the inconvenience! Items can be reshipped once its physically returned to us, so long as the shipping is paid for. Orders placed in Canada or any packages that are not returned to me will not be replaced. Please refer to the above on what do to.

Please take great care in providing your correct information, as we do not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses once packages have officially shipped. After every drop, a wait period of 24 hours is in place before we start printing/packing, so if you find an error after placing a purchase, please fill out a contact form with your Order number and correct address!


My item is damaged, can you do anything?

Quality is Sadbeastie’s utmost priority, and we only want the best for all you little beasties! Each item goes through a meticulous quality inspection before they are shipped out to you, but we understand that things happen, and a damaged product could slip past! Please email us with a photo and you’ll receive a replacement.
